Jewel Clifton Mosley, 67, of Wilson, passed away Sunday at home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Her funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 6, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 7, in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Steve Stevenson will officiate.
The family will receive friends Thursday immediately following her service at Joyner’s Funeral Home.
Jewel is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, William Richard “Rick” Mosley of the home; son, Will Mosley and wife, Joy, of Wilson; granddaughter, Hannah Joy Mosley; grandson, Ben Mosley; sisters, Judy Pittman and husband, Rusty, of Elm City and Jo Brinson and husband, Ken, of Wilson; brother, Dewey Clifton and wife, Kim, of Selma; brothers-in-law, Donnie Nichols of Wilson and Tracy Mosley and wife, Wendy, of Wilson; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Laura Lamm Clifton; and her sister, Joy Nichols.
