NASHVILLE ­­— Russ Varnell & His Too Country Band will perform at Nash Arts Center Sept. 11 in downtown Nashville.

A Black Creek native and graduate of the Nash Community College radio broadcasting course, Varnell performs in venues across the country from Bakersfield, California, to Nashville, Tennessee.

Russ, a signed songwriter with BMI Music, performs classic country music’s greatest hits mixed in with his own original work.

Doors open at 6:45 p.m., and showtime is 7 p.m.

Tickets are $12 advance and $15 door.

Nash Arts member discounts will be applied.
