Education First Alliance, a North Carolina group, has endorsed Kent Keirsey in the Republican Party primary in North Carolina’s 13th Congressional District.

Education First focuses on fighting for parental rights and opportunity and achievement for K-12 students.

“Kent Keirsey is the pro-parent candidate, and we are proud to endorse him, ” said Sloan Rachmuth, president of Education First Alliance. “Kent Keirsey will put our kids first, fight for choice for North Carolina families, and make sure parents have a say in their children’s education.”

Keirsey welcomed the endorsement. “Education First is on the front lines fighting back against the socialist takeover of our children’s classrooms, and I am proud to have their support,” he said. “Our schools should focus on academic outcomes, not a political agenda.”

The Education First Alliance endorsement follows endorsements from U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, Congressman Mark Green, Congressman Mike Waltz and the group Liberty First Grassroots, which promotes conservative values in public policy.
