Wake Forest Police are looking for this man who robbed the Dollar General on Brooks Street Aug. 20.

WAKE FOREST — Police are still looking for a man who robbed the Dollar General at 421 Brooks St. on Aug. 20.

Around 10 p.m., a man around 6 feet tall with a muscular build entered the Dollar General, displayed a black handgun and demanded money, Wake Forest police said on Monday. The robber was wearing all black clothing, including gloves and a face mask.

An employee, who wasn't injured, gave the man money, a press release said. The robber left the building and headed in an unknown direction by an unknown means.

On Monday, police released an image from the store's security footage that shows the robber.
