Man charged with murder in woman's stabbing death

SPRING HOPE — Authorities have made an arrest in a woman’s Wednesday stabbing death.
Joshua Frazier, 33, faces a charge of first-degree murder in the death of an unidentified woman who was found fatally stabbed around 10 a.m. at 308 N. Walnut St.
Police responded to the call of a medical emergency at the home and found the woman’s body in a back bedroom.
Police Chief Nathan Gant said he wouldn’t identify the victim until all the family had been notified.
Police took Frazier into custody. He was found at the house, Gant said.
Frazier is being held without bond in the Nash County Detention Center pending arraignment on the murder charge.
