OXFORD — Keonte Tumorrae Daniels made his entrance into the world at 9:04 a.m. on Jan. 1 to become Granville Health System's first baby of the year for 2021.

Keonte, who weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and measured 21 inches long, is the son of Keoshia Johnson and Quentin Daniels of Henderson.

The hospital gave the family a basket of baby-care accessories including a baby blanket, stuffed animals, a bath set, and other items donated by GHS staff members.
