Together, we can work it out. I think an advocate for the community is someone who helps others. Identify your short-term and long-term goals. Begin with a fresh start. I have three points:

1. Rest — Relax and refresh.

2. Refocus — Shift your focus on where you are headed toward.  

3. Resume — Restart the work that you were doing.

In closing, you can devote your time, energy, resources, etc. to things that will achieve your goals, and together, we can work it out.
