Patricia Faye Bass Tedder, 81, formerly of Wendell, NC, passed away at Wilson Medical Center early Sunday morning June 11, 2023. She was born November 23, 1941, in Wilson County to the late Rev. Alvin Willie and Betty Creech Bass. At the age of 16, Faye married her sweetheart, Marion V. "Mansy" Tedder on April 4, 1958, and lived in the Rolesville/Wendell area most of their marriage. They had just celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary three months before Mansy's death July 4, 2022. She leaves to cherish her memory three brothers, Alvin Ravone Bass, Sr. (Janice), Jerome "Joe" L. Bass (Doreen), Richard "Ricky" G. Bass (Jenny); two sisters Debbie Bass (Bucky) and Teresa B. Patton (Keith); and several nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm on June 13, 2023 at Wilson Pentecostal Holiness Church, Wilson, NC.
