Selma welcomes three police officers

SELMA — The Police Department has welcomed three new officers.

They are David Hildred, Robert Raetz and Donte Scarboro.



Hildreth, who has been assigned to the Detectives Division, comes to Selma from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office. He has more than 20 years of law enforcement experience and is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. 

Raetz, assigned to the Patrol Division, comes to Selma from the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office. He has 20 years of law enforcement experience and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Scarboro comes to Selma from the Smithfield Police Department with less than a year of service. He has been assigned to the Patrol Division.
