Update: The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has canceled the Silver Alert for Angela Pugh Jenkins, indicating she has been located.

BUTNER — Authorities are requesting the public’s help to find a 58-year-old Butner woman reported missing on Sunday.
The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Angela Pugh Jenkins at 10:11 a.m. Jenkins is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. She has brown eyes and medium-length black and gray hair.
Jenkins was last seen at an apartment on the 600 block of West B Street. She may be driving a gray 2010 Nissan Versa with North Carolina license plate JKL-5451. An emergency bulletin doesn’t list Jenkins’ direction of travel of possible destination.
Silver Alerts are issued for people of any age who are believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment. Subjects of the statewide alerts are considered to be missing and endangered.
