Line up kids, the Book Bus is back for summer

CREEDMOOR — Granville County Public Schools is again rolling its Book Bus this summer to bring literature to kids of all ages.



The touring bus lets students grab a free book and snack and find a quiet spot to sit down and read. The Book Bus will be stopping at these sites:

Butner-Stem Middle on June 23 and July 13 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Granville Central High on July 1 and July 15 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Stem Mini Mart on July 1 and July 15 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Tar River Elementary on July 7 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

First Baptist Church in Creedmoor on July 7 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Butner-Stem Elementary on July 8 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Butner Gazebo Park on July 8 and July 13 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Stem Mini Mart on July 21 from 8:30-10 a.m.

First Baptist Church in Creedmoor on July 21 from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
