Romaine &ldquo;Ronnie&rdquo; Daniel, 78, affectionately known to all as Granny, gained her angel wings on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 8, at Joyner&rsquo;s Funeral Home, Wilson. &nbsp;
The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 p.m. Monday at Joyner&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Ronnie could always be found dancing and singing at every family gathering. Ronnie was devoted to her family and has continuously willing to tend to anyone in need of her care. Ronnie&rsquo;s favorite pastime was shopping for the trendiest clothes and shoes. &nbsp;
Ronnie is survived by her husband, Robert Miller Daniel; children, Patrick Joseph McCann III and wife, Joanie, Michelle McCann Maynard and husband, Ralph, and Tonya McCann Reynolds and husband, Chris; grandchildren, Jennifer, Tiffany, Christopher, Stephanie, Devin, Jeremy and Madeline; great-grandchildren, Colt, Grey and Stella Mae; and her brothers and sisters, Mae Eva, Elray, Jearlene &ldquo;Polly,&rdquo; Evelyn &ldquo;Boxie&rdquo; and Teddy Gene.
Ronnie was preceded in death by her parents, Tim and Millie; and sisters, Mary Ethel, Betty Louise, James, Glendine, Mary Janice &ldquo;Neice&rdquo; and Clyde &ldquo;Jackie.&rdquo;
Along with the love of her family, Ronnie also loved her tiny Maltese companion, Emily, and her Mustang GT.

May 2, 1987 — Feb. 27, 2021 Christopher Alex Grady, 33, of Wilson, passed away Feb. 27, 2021. He was born May 2, 1987, in Pitt County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Jean Wooten; and a son, Caleb Grady. Alex is survived by his common-law wife, LynnLeigh Keen; his father, Curtis Ray Grady Sr.; son, Christopher Grady; daughter, Aliyah Grady; brother, Curtis Ray Grady Jr.; sister, Melissa Carol Grady; brother-in-law, Dustin Keen; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and close friends. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Donald Shearin officiating. Cornerstone Funeral Home, 1052 S.
